There is a sadness that comes to pass every time a device of technology comes to an end. But the fact of the matter is, when ever it is replaced by something better, you just don't care about that device any more. The same happened when the VCR killed Betamax. The came DVD, and now we have the greatness that is the Blu-Ray disc player.
(I know this is a shameless ad for samsung, but this is a really great disc player)
The best part is, if you have one like mine, the wireless adapter that allows you to stream media from the internet. This is so great, I love watching films on my flat screen, but to have the sharp image and the ability interface with the internet, it's a techies dream. Now I really haven't had time to use all the interfaces, and to figure out all of what I can do with this thing, but I can tell you, I don't think my home movie watching will ever be the same again. If any of you out there in ADR land have any tips to add, or if you just want to know more, I will post further progress about this new toy as they come to light.
So I recommend you go out and get one for yourself. I think you will agree that Blu-Ray is the shit. ADR out!!!
